The hotel had a stunning exterior and a warm welcome from staff. The room was spacious and comfortable, while breakfast offered an impressive variety, even including chocolate! Initial room key confusion was a bit frustrating, and I wished for better communication. A lovely stay.

Couple looking for luxury experience
The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a diverse range of options that really satisfied my partner and I. Plus, I can't forget how the room was so comfortable with the best soft towels I've ever used.
It wasn't inexpensive but still acceptable.

I enjoyed stunning location and how the place is clean. All of the staff was accommodating and courteous. Booked deluxe room, that included a personal safe, central heating, coffee and tea making equipment. The property was in the heart of the city. Stopped by Sale et Sucre to get some coffee and treats, it's next door to the venue, recommend. This hotel met expectations in every way, recommend.

really good stay with minor room concern
Our family with children loved the spacious Pavilion room, impeccably clean and offered fine views of the castle. The attentive staff consistently were really good.
The lack of variety in the dining menu left us wanting more choices .

The location was ideal: 5 minutes walk to the market. The hotel was remarkable being in an old duke's palace. The rooms were well furnished.
The cost of E31/person for an ordinary breakfast.

The vintage decor created a cozy atmosphere. We particularly enjoyed breakfast at the onsite restaurant with an excellent selection of fresh pastries. Don't miss out on the good garden seating! A lovely oasis in bustling Bruges.
